Today’s post arrives in the form of my March BoxyCharm.
To be entirely honest, this months’ box wasn’t as great as last month.

This is a cute trio of makeup brushes, however I’m picky about my brushes and these just weren’t up to snuff. I find this company’s products a lot at Winners for about $6 CAD so it’s hard to believe that these brushes are worth over $20. They aren’t soft enough, and are too rigid for my liking.
South Mane Beauty – Eye Gels ($9 USD)
I’m not a huge fan of eye gels as they tend to slip and slide excessively, so I didn’t bother trying these. I’m just going to pass them along to a friend instead.
I was so excited when Pretty Vulgar came out last year. All of their products came in amazing packaging and just looked so romantic. That being said, my love for the company stops at the packaging. This blush would be much nicer if I hadn’t received the hot pink shade. It’s too bright, and slightly chalky. I haven’t had much luck with this company, however I have heard that their brow products rival ABH!
I have been testing this mascara out for a few days and it’s the only thing I’m truly happy about from this box. It makes your lashes fluffy and voluminous with adding a nice amount of length on the second coat. This is a product I would consider repurchasing!
I’ve played around with this palette a bit, however the colours are just not my thing. It’s very warm toned and the bright blue, which is stunning, just doesn’t mesh well with the other colours. I think this palette would be more appealing for Summer instead of Spring.
The total value of my box this month was $112.76 USD. I’m not very impressed with most of the products I received this month, but I’m sure that I can pass them along to some friends who may enjoy them more than I will.
